Lal Cholai Bhaji Recipe – Ingredients
Onion – 2
Salt to taste – Salt to taste
Amaranths leaves – red vegetable
Green Chilli – 6 to 8
Carom Seeds – Ajwain ¼
Hing – Asafoetida 2 pinches
Garlic – 20 grams
Mustard Oil – 1 Kadashi Mustard Oil
Jeera – 1 teaspoon cumin
Lal Cholai Bhaji Recipe – Step by Step
First of all, wash the red vegetables thoroughly with water and then cut them normally as shown in the picture above.
Then take a medium sized onion and cut it as per your requirement.
Then chop 7 to 8 green chillies. You can use 3 to 4 green chillies.
Now take about 20 grams of garlic, along with ¼ teaspoon celery, 2 pinches of asafoetida and crushed red chilli as per your requirement and mix them all well and make a paste.
How to make Recipe
Now take 1 kadshi mustard oil in a vessel and when it gets hot, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
Let the cumin seeds heat for some time and then add chopped onion to it. Immediately after the onion is cooked, add green chillies to it.
Also add crushed garlic paste and let it cook on low flame.
Then after some time, add chopped red amaranth to it and add salt as per taste.
Mix it well on low flame, then cover it with a lid and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
